Lucky winners kitted out and ready to go!

FOUR budding golfers were jumping for joy this week after winning our fantastic golf competition.

Daniel Benson and Bernard Harkin from Stewartfield, as well as Christine Heaney from East Mains and Mary McDermott from Whitehills were picked at random and ended up walking away with a whole lot of goodies from our friends at American Golf and Playsport Golf.

The quartet were the lucky winners of a half-set of golf clubs, golf balls, golf gloves, eight hours of lessons and a £40 voucher for use on the driving range.

On Monday night the winners and their families were invited up to the Playsport facility to receive their prizes from American Golf store manager Brian Adamson, who was thrilled for our lucky recipients.

He said: “This is a fantastic prize for all the winners and now they’ve got everything they need to get going.”
