A VICIOUS Pomeranian pooch has been banished from his home town for bad behaviour.
Gizmo, was exiled from the town of Aspen by Municipal Judge Brooke Peterson for vicious behaviour and biting.
The dog who has previous convictions for biting and spent ten days in an animal shelter for punishment, has been given no more chances by the courts.
Gizmo's owner has been warned that if the tiny pooch is seen again in Aspen, it will be rounded up by animal control officers and recieve the death penalty. His long suffering owner was also on a charge of keeping a vicious dog.
Municipal Judge Brooke Peterson told the dog's owner, Melinda Goldrich, that if the dog is seen again in Aspen, it will be rounded up by animal control officers and put to death. Goldrich was in court on Wednesday on a charge of keeping a vicious dog.
An Aspen fitness club employee told The Aspen Times that the Pomeranian, named Gizmo, bit her in August while it was tied to a fence. The dog served 10 days in an animal shelter.
