Trial agony of shot worker's family

The fiancee of a British security worker allegedly murdered in a shooting in Iraq said she and his family are under "intolerable" stress as they await a trial verdict.

Paul McGuigan, 37, a former Royal Marine originally from Peebles in the Scottish Borders, was gunned down alongside Australian Darren Hoare in August 2009.

Danny Fitzsimons, 30, is charged with two counts of premeditated murder for shooting the British and Australian contractors, and the attempted murder of an Iraqi guard.
