The Young at Heart Festival aims to celebrate the arts as engaging and accessible for all.
After the success of the past four years, all local people who are young at heart are invited to join in on the fun.
Organised by South Lanarkshire Council, a fantastic range of events will be running at various venues throughout the district from March 21-28.
The first event to take place in East Kilbride is the travelling gallery which, will be stopping at the Arts Centre from 2pm on Monday, March 22.
It will also visit Strathaven Library the following day at the same time.
On Wednesday, March 24, the Arts Centre will be holding a paper marbling workshop at 10am and a Marvellous Mosaics workshop at 1pm.

At 2pm, soprano Emma Versteeg will be holding a free recital at Calderglen Country Park’s Conservatory.
Next up is a performance by Brenda Cochrane on Friday, March 26 in the Village Theatre at 7.30pm.
The following night will be another musical spectacular with Christine Bovill performing the songs of Edith Piaf at the theatre, also at 7.30pm.
On the last day of the festival, Sunday March 28, an Arts in the Park event will be held in Calderglen Country Park from 11am, an exhibition talk and workshop will be held in the Arts Centre at 11am and again at 2pm, before the film Brief Encounter is shown there at 2.30pm.
