Hamilton Park Racecourse produce 'Wee Map' for this Saturday's Ladies Night

Hamilton Park is hoping to slash waiting times for toilets at its hugely popular Ladies Night fixture this Saturday (4 August) after creating The Wee Map to show punters where WC facilities are located.

With up to 10,000 dressed up ladies (and men) expected to descend upon the course for one of the biggest nights of their season, this is no wee operation.

The Wee Map Your Guide to Bathrooms and Bars will be handed out at turnstiles on the night.

The Lanarkshire racecourse has also ordered in an extra 16 portaloos to help cater to the needs of revellers who need to use the commode, an increase of 30% on the average number at other fixtures which means a total of 68 will be located onsite this Saturday.

Extra supplies of toilet paper and hand soap have also been specially requested to meet demand, with strong advanced ticket sales suggesting it will be a very busy fixture.

Race-goers of both sexes are being advised to arrive early if they wish to guarantee entry to the club enclosure, with a limited number of tickets available from Hamilton Park on the night.

Vivien Kyles, chief executive of Hamilton Park Racecourse, said We thought The Wee Map would be a good idea to avoid queues and help race-goers find the nearest bathroom, adding an aura of convenience to the celebrated fixture.

The meeting always has a lively atmosphere so the map will help people move around the venue, pick locations to meet friends and most importantly, find the bars and toilets without any confusion.

With such a great selection of partner brands, live entertainment and high value races, this really is the fixture of Hamilton Parks season, promising a fun filled night for both sexes.
